This was my first time using them but definitely not my last. I had my car towed there late Friday afternoon and was very pleasantly surprised to have my car fixed within 2 hours!! They called to discuss their diagnosis in detail, explaining everything in layman's terms. It made perfect sense so I said to proceed. They had the starter replaced and the car back to me very quickly. I recommend CAL to anyone.
